Vision:
'A more active and successful Redbridge'
Aim:
To increase the physical activity levels of everyone who lives, works or spends leisure time in Redbridge, through a diverse programme of high quality opportunities which promote access to activities and address health inequality.
Rationale:
The CSPAN exists for the benefit of all agencies involved in providing opportunities for sport and physical activity in Redbridge. It creates a structure to enable joint working through a co-ordinated approach. The CSPAN is a group of stakeholders providing strong leadership and co-ordination to deliver relevant targets and strategies for increasing sport and physical activity in Redbridge. The CSPAN works towards achieving the outcomes of its annual action plan.
The CSPAN is a formation of two different groups:

Implementation Group - this group will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the programmes and projects identified within the annual action plan and will report to the Strategy Group.

Strategy Group - this group will provide support and resources to the Implementation Group. It will also guide the future direction of the CSPANs programmes and projects. (Refer to the CSPAN Strategy Groups Terms of Reference)
